David O. Huff
A Nashville native, David Huff is a seasoned civil trial litigator whose areas of practice include creditors' rights, lien enforcement, general commercial and business disputes, construction law, and arbitration. Mr. Huff has represented clients in dozens of jury and bench trials in numerous courts throughout Middle Tennessee.

Mr. Huff was awarded his B.B.A. in Business Management, cum laude, from Abilene Christian University in 1981, and earned his J. D. from Texas Tech University in 1984, where he was an Editing Director of the Texas Tech Legal Research Board. In 1986, Mr. Huff earned a diploma from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and was elected as a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation in 2006.
