Matthew R. Murphy
Matthew R. Murphy earned a B.A. in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University, with honors, in 2001, and a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2005.

Mr. Murphy spent more than ten years as a debtor bankruptcy attorney with a concentration on individual and small business Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings. He devised and implemented reorganization strategies for businesses with millions of dollars of annual gross revenue including real estate developers, construction companies and agricultural operations. He has now shifted his focus to creditor litigation, collections, foreclosures and representation of creditors in bankruptcy, where his prior experience enhances his understanding of the involved issues and potential strategies.
