James W. Smythe
James W. Smythe earned a B.A. in History from Birmingham Southern College in 2013 and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2016.

Mr. Smythe clerked for the Firm in both college and law school and assisted in preparation of warrants, motions, levies and other court filings for creditor clients of the Firm. Mr. Smythe represents commercial creditor clients in both Tennessee General Sessions and Chancery Courts and he also assists other members of the Firm in their representation of clients in both State Court and Federal Bankruptcy Court matters.

Mr. Smythe is licensed in both Tennessee and Alabama.
